Ordering

Browse our catalog, use the Part Finder to confirm compatibility with your vehicle, then add the part to your cart and checkout. We accept all major credit cards . You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter our fulfilment process. Contact us immediately by phone or email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

Yes. We offer trade accounts and volume pricing for independent workshops, dealerships, and fleet operators. Contact our team with your business details and expected monthly volume and we’ll set you up with a dedicated account and pricing structure.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Shipping

Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday ship the same day from our US warehouse. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Yes, we ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer than the standard 2–3 business day estimate for the contiguous US.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 incur a flat $9.99 shipping fee. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our site and view order status under My Account → Orders.

Fitment

Use our Part Finder tool and enter your model, year, and category. Every listing in our catalog is cross-referenced against official Audi parts data. Each product page also shows a full vehicle compatibility list. If you’re still unsure, contact our team with your VIN number and we will confirm fitment before you order.

All parts sold on our store are OEM-grade, meaning they are manufactured to the exact same specifications as the original factory parts. Some are genuine Audi-branded parts, others are manufactured by the same Tier 1 suppliers that produce parts for Audi’s assembly lines. All are guaranteed to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

No problem. Return the part unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. If the incorrect fitment was due to an error on our product listing, we will also cover return shipping costs. See our Returns policy for full details.

VIN search is coming soon to our Part Finder. In the meantime, contact our team directly with your VIN and the part you need — our specialists will cross-reference it against our catalog and confirm the correct part number for your exact build.

Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unused parts in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If the return is due to our error — wrong part sent, damaged item, or a listing error — we cover return shipping in full. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on installed or used parts unless they are found to be defective. If you believe a part is faulty after installation, contact us with photos and a description and we will assess it under our warranty process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–3 days depending on your card provider.
